| GOIANIA, Brazil – On Sunday morning, police caught a couple engaging in sex in a graveyard for the second time in four months. Police, acting on an anonymous tip from a woman who was visiting the grave site of a relative, arrested the suspects after observing them in the act of coitus.

The man, a laborer aged 30, and the woman, a housewife aged 34, were taken from the municipal cemetery to the First Precinct Police Station in Goiania where officers took their statements, cited and released them. The very same couple was arrested and cited for the same infraction in October 2011.
According to police, the man is single and the woman is separated from her husband. The couple argued that having sex in the cemetery injected some excitement into the relationship. Police were not persuaded.
The suspects will answer to a judge for public obscenity on January 25th. Possible punishments include a fine and/or community service.
